Trennung und Scheidung sind einschneidende Wendepunkte im Leben von Eltern und Kindern. Steht im gerichtlichen Verfahren für Mutter und Vater die rechtsverbindliche Beendigung eines Beziehungsverhältnisses im Mittelpunkt, geht es bei Kindern um die Weichenstellung für ihr zukünftiges Leben. Im Rahmen des Seminars werden die Grundlagen des familienrechtlichen Verfahrens erörtert und pädagogische Handlungsfelder in diesem Bereich vorgestellt.
