In dieser Veranstaltung sollen mikrobiologische Arbeitstechniken und Versuche vorgestellt werden, die für die Schule geeignet sind. Hierzu gehört auch die Herstellung verschiedener Nährmedien und weiterer benötigter Arbeitsmaterialien. Ein besonderer Schwerpunkt wird auf bakteriologische Untersuchungen gelegt, es sollen aber auch Organismen des Mikrozoobenthos vorgestellt werden, die ebenfalls im Unterricht einsetzbar sind. Leistungsnachweis: schriftliche Ausarbeitung. Es wird geplant, die Veranstaltung zu blocken.
