Dieses Laborpraktikum bietet Studierenden die Gelegenheit, Fragestellungen aus dem aktuellen Forschungsprogramm unserer Abteilung experimentell zu bearbeiten und dabei Erfahrungen mit der Planung und Durchführung eines kleinen Projekts zu gewinnen. Wir verfolgen verschiedenen Ansätze zur Untersuchung der molekularen Grundlagen der inneren Uhr bei der Modellpflanze Arabidopsis thaliana am Beispiel eines circadian oszillie-renden RNA-Bindungsproteins.
