In diesem Seminar werden diverse Methoden zur Simulation biochemischer Reaktionen behandelt. Dazu wird Literatur zu den folgenden Bereichen diskutiert:
Representation of Chemical Compounds/Structures and Chemical Reactions
Calculation of Physical and Chemical Data:
Empirical Approaches; Ordinary Differential Equations (ODE); Petri-Nets, Molecular Mechanics, Molecular Dynamics
...Interessenten tragen sich in die entsprechende Teilnehmerliste ein (Raum D5-116). Die Vorbesprechung findet am Montag 11.10.2004, 14.00 Uhr in D5-113 statt.
