Das Seminar behandelt Entwicklungsaufgaben von Frauen im mittleren Erwachsenenalter. Ihre Moralvorstellungen, Familienbeziehungen, das Erben und Vererben, körperliche Veränderungen, ihre berufliche Situation u.a. werden untersucht.
