In der Vorlesung wird die Methodik der rechtsberatenden Praxis im Bereich des Strafrechts behandelt (Prozessführung, Rechtsberatung und Rechtsgestaltung). Die Veranstaltung baut auf der Vorlesung "Strafverteidigung" aus dem Sommersemester auf, in der das Recht und die Theorie der Verteidigung im Vordergrund standen. Vorkenntnisse im Strafverfahrensrecht sind erforderlich. Möglichkeiten zur Teilnahme an Gerichtsrollenspielen (Mootcourts) bestehen.
Leistungskontrollen:
Alte Studienordnung: Wahlfachschein und Seminarschein.
Neue Studienordnung: In der Veranstaltung kann eine Aufsichtsarbeit (§ 43 V StudPrO) im Rahmen der Schwerpunktbereichsprüfung geschrieben werden.
Die Veranstaltung dient bei aktiver Teilnahme dem Erwerb von Schlüsselqualifikationen gem. § 28 Abs. 3 der neuen Studienordnung.
