Mathematikgeschichte ermoeglicht faszinierende Blicke "ueber den Tellerrand", denn integriert in allgemeine Kultur- und Wissenschaftsgeschichte koennen die Ideen, die in der historischen Entwicklung deutlich wahrnehmbar und laengerfristig relevant waren, noch einmal "Objekte eines spanndenden Suchens" werden.

Im Seminar sollen Moeglichkeiten, historische Elemente in den Mathematikunterricht einzubringen, ausprobiert und diskutiert werden:
Biographische Notizen, Arbeit mit Quellentexten, Epochen-Ueberblicke, Historische Aufgaben, Abbildungen, Geraete, ... Dabei sollen fuer alle Schulstufen konkrete Unterrichtsprojekte (z. B. Rechner am Tisch - eine Zeitreise zu Adam Riese) vorgestellt und ggf. entwickelt werden.
