Der Bereich der Personalentwicklung ist ein wichtiges Betätigungsfeld für Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologen. Ziel dieses Seminars ist es, den gesamten Prozess der Personalentwicklung kennen zu lernen.
Das Seminar ist in drei Abschnitte gegliedert: Im ersten Teil sollen die Bestandteile einer PE-Bedarfsanalyse erarbeitet werden. Im mittleren Teil geht es um zentrale Strategien, Konzepte und Methoden der Personalentwicklung. Hier werden auch einige Methoden vertiefend vorgestellt. Der letzte Teil behandelt die Evaluation solcher Maßnahmen und widmet sich den Problemen der Umsetzung der gelernten Inhalte in der Praxis.

Voraussetzung ist die Bereitschaft zur aktiven Mitarbeit.
Dieses Seminar ist die Basisveranstaltung im AO-Angebot "Personalentwicklung". Für Studierende, die das Angebot "Personalentwicklung" vertieft studieren wollen, ist der Besuch dieser Veranstaltung Voraussetzung für die Teilname an den nachfolgenden Vertiefungsangeboten.
