Angesichts der steigenden Zahlen von Insolvenzen und der damit einhergehenden wachsenden Bedeutung des Insolvenzrechts sind Kenntnisse des Insolvenzrechts und der Querverbindungen zum materiellen Recht unerlässlich. Die Veranstaltung ist konzipiert als Vorlesung mit konkretem Fallbe-zug, insbesondere in Bezug auf die Rechtsprechung. Behandelt werden vor allem die Auswirkungen der Insolvenz auf das Schuldrecht, das Mobiliar- und das Immobiliarsachenrecht sowie auf das Familien- und Erbrecht.
