Schwerpunktbereich Umwelt- und Technikrecht: Die Gentechnik wird von den einen als Zukunftstechnologie bewertet, von den anderen kritisch beurteilt, und vor dem Zauberlehling-Effekt gewahrnt. Zunächst sollen anhand ausgewählter Texte die ethisch-politischen Diskussionen der Humangenetik problematisiert werden, um anschließend die Möglichkeiten der rechtlichen Steuerung und die verfassungrechtliche Vorgaben zu diskutieren. Im zweiten Teil wird dann die grüne Gentechnik, d.h. die Produktion genetisch veränderter Pflanzen und Tiere wiederum in ethisch-politischer und anschließend in rechtlicher Hinsicht thematisiert.
Es können Schwerpunktscheine, Wahlfach- und Seminarscheine erworben werden
