Die Farbe Weiß - ihre kulturgeschichtliche und kunstgeschichtliche Bedeutung, ihre Symbolkraft, ihre optischen Eigenschaften, ihr Vorkommen in der Natur, ihre Verwendung in der bildenden Kunst, der Architektur und in der Werbung sind Themen dieses Projektes.
Neben dieser vielseitigen Beleuchtung theoretischer Aspekte bildet die eigene künstlerische Auseinandersetzung mit der Farbe den zweiten Schwerpunkt der Veranstaltung.
Die künstlerisch-praktischen und -theoretischen Ergebnisse sollen Teil des 1. Ästhetik-Festivals "Weißes Rauschen" der Uni Bielefeld am 16./17. Juli 2004 sein.
