Das Praktikum umfasst Versuche zu folgenden Themen:
(1) Mikrobiologische Grundtechniken, (2) Enzymatische Analytik und Kinetik,
(3) Wachstum von Prokaryonten,(4) Wachstum von tierischen Zellen,(5)DNA-Analytik,(6) Stofftransport. Es dient zur Einführung in grundlegende Methoden der Biotechnik. Das Praktikum ist vorgesehen für Studierende der Studiengänge Molekulare Biotechnologie und Naturwissenschaftliche Informatik.
Der Besuch der Einführungsseminare am Beginn des Praktikums ist Pflicht.
