In diesem Projektseminar sollen Studenten an die Datenerhebung und -bearbeitung, ökonomische Modellierung, Computerprogramme (GAUSS) und empirische Schätzung herangeführt werden. Die Themen werden nach Absprache aus den Bereichen Finanzmärkte und Makroökonomie vergeben. Gleichzeitig dient das Seminar zur Vorbereitung fortgeschrittener Studierender auf ihr Diplomprojekt am Lehrstuhl.
