Das Seminar beschäftigt sich mit Theorien und Prinzipien der Didaktik in der Erwachsenen- und Weiterbildung sowie der Gestaltung von Lernprozessen in der Erwachsenenbildung und ihrer Evaluation. In einem weiteren Teil werden Sozialformen und Methoden des Lernens Erwachsener dargelegt und erörtert. Sofern es die Lernsituation im Seminar erlaubt, werden einzelne Methoden-Beispiele geübt (instruierende, konstruierende Methoden). Schließlich wird Didaktik und Methodik mit Blick auf die Professionalität von Lernvermittlern reflektiert.
