Ein Ziel der Veranstaltung ist die Vorstellung der Technik des literaten
Programmierens. Hierbei handelt es sich um einen Ansatz, bei dem Dokumentation
und Programm in einem gemeinsamen Arbeitsprozess erstellt werden.
Weiterhin soll in die Sprache R eingeführt werden, die zwar für die
Erledigung statistischer Belange entworfen worden ist, gleichzeitig aber auch
zur schnellen Lösung kleiner, auch nicht statistischer Probleme geeignet ist.
Die Idee des literaten Programmierstils kann gewinnbringend für die
Erstellung von statistischen Reports genutzt werden. Auch dieses soll
in der Veranstaltung thematisiert werden
