Die Veranstaltung soll an zahlreichen praktischen Beispielen den Vorgang der Rechtsanwendung deutlich machen und einüben. Auf diesem Wege soll versucht werden, Selbstvergewisserung über die juristische Arbeitsweise mit praktischem Handeln zu verbinden.
In der Veranstaltung kann der sogenannte kleine Grundlagenschein nach der neuen StudO (Aufsichtsarbeit gem. § 21 Abs. 2 Ziff.c)) erworben werden.
