Die Vorlesung gilt den im Grundgesetz gewährleisteten Grundrechten. Es werden die allgemeinen Grundrechtslehren, darauf aufbauend die Einzelgrundrechte und weiterhin Fragen der verfassungs-prozessualen Durchsetzung der Grundrechte, namentlich des Verfassungsbeschwerdeverfahrens behandelt. Gleichzeitig wird die Lösung von Grundrechtsfällen geübt. Angeboten werden ? neben einer Übungsklausur ? eine Semesterabschlußklausur sowie eine Hausarbeit im Anschluß an die Vor-lesungszeit.Literatur:Ipsen, Staatsrecht II, 6.
