Der Kurs soll als Vorbereitung auf das Hebraicum dienen. Vermittelt werden Kenntnisse im Lesen und Übersetzen der hebräischen Texte des Alten Testaments. Ziel ist es, daß alle Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer am Semesterende selbständig unter gelegentlicher Zuhilfenahme eines Wörterbuches diese Texte zu übersetzen in der Lage sind.
