Hypermedia in der Systembiologie
Ziel ist es, die Seminar-TeilnehmerInnen mit theoretischen und vordergründig praktischen Aspekten zum Thema "Hypermedia Lernumgebungen in der Systembiologie" vertraut zu machen. Das interdisziplinäre Projektseminar orientiert sich in Hinblick auf Denkweise und Zielsetzung an realer industrieller Projektarbeit.
Ausgehend von einem konkreten Lern-Szenario werden sämtliche konstruktiven Phasen und Tätigkeiten des Entwicklungsprozesses durchlaufen.
Dabei sollen die folgenden Aspekte behandelt werden:- Lernparadigmen,
- Teachware: Software im didaktischen Einsatz,
- Konzeption und Realisierung von Hypermedia Lern-Umgebungen,
- Content-Management Systeme,
- Erstellung von interaktiven Simulationskomponenten,
- und weitere.
Das wichtigste Resultat ist ein konkretes webbasiertes Hypermedia-Informations- und Lehrsystem, welches im Anschluss an das Projekt einen fester Bestandteil in der universitären Ausbildung im Bereich der Systembiologie darstellt. Dabei soll ein bereits existierendes System erweitert werden.
Das Seminar hat eine Laufzeit von 12 Monaten und ist auf 12 Teilnehmer beschränkt. Es richtet sich an Studierende im NWI-Hauptstudium und an Studierende des Bachelor-Studiengangs Mediengestaltung. Den Teilnehmern wird für die Laufzeit des Projekts ein Notebook zur Verfügung gestellt (gegen Leihgebühr), sofern sie nicht selbst über ein eigenes verfügen.
