Mit dem Gesetz zur Weiterentwicklung der sonderpädagogischen Förderung vom 24. April 1995 wurden die rechtlichen Grundlagen für verschiedene Formen der sonderpädagogischen Förderung geschaffen.
Auf der Grundlage von Praxiserfahrungen an ausgewählten unterschiedlichen Förderorten in Bielefeld und Umgebung (Integration, Sonderschule, Förderschule) sollen Voraussetzungen, Möglichkeiten, Probleme und Grenzen verschiedener Konzepte in Hinblick auf pädagogische, methodisch- didaktische und organisatorische Überlegungen kritisch erörtert werden.
Die Bereitschaft der Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer, im Einzelfall auch außerhalb der Seminarzeit in einer Schule zu hospitieren, wird erwartet.
