Aufbauend auf der Vorlesung Genomforschung I sollen in diesem Praktikum die methodischen Grundlagen zum Verständnis der DNA-Sequenzierung und der Auswertung von DNA-Sequenzen mit Sequenzverarbeitungsprogrammen gelegt werden. Daran anknüpfend sollen Sequenzanalysen mit Hilfe von Datenbankvergleichen und
ausgewählten Verfahren der Bioinformatik vorgenommen werden. Der Kurs ist ausschliesslich für Studenten des Studiengangs Bachelor in Bioinformatik und Genomforschung vorgesehen. [Lf: n; 50: n; Fs: n]
