Arbeit, Zeit und Lebensführung: Historische Entwicklungslinien und aktuelle Veränderungstendenzen
Die Arbeitswelt befindet sich in einem tiefgreifenden Umbruch: Informationstechnologien, veränderte Unternehmensstrukturen, Deregulierung und Flexibilisierung von Beschäftigungsverhältnissen und Arbeitszeiten verändern nicht nur Produktionsabläufe und Arbeitsplätze, sondern auch gesellschaftliche Zeitstrukturen und Muster der Lebensführung. Um Ausmaß und Tragweite dieses Strukturwandels zu bestimmen, ist es sinnvoll, die aktuellen Veränderungstendenzen in einem größeren gesellschaftlichen und historischen Kontext zu analysieren und nach der Geschichte wie der Zukunft von Erwerbsarbeit und Lebensführung zu fragen.
