Diese Veranstaltung behandelt den Zusammenhang von Führungstätigkeiten und ?positionen, mit Männlichkeits- und Weiblichkeitszuschreibungen. Dabei wird ein Überblick gegeben über die Entwicklung der Theorien zu diesem Thema (von der Rollentheorie bis zur Konstruktion von Geschlecht) und verschiedenen empirische Untersuchungen zu den Bereichen Management und Schulleitung. Weitere Praxisfelder können nach Wunsch der Teilnehmenden berücksichtigt werden
