In der Veranstaltung werden die Grundzüge des Allgemeinen Schuldrechts (§§ 241 bis 432 BGB) und der vertraglichen Schuldverhältnisse (insbesondere das Kaufvertrags-, Mietvertrags-, Werkvertrags-, Darlehens- und Bürgschaftsrechts) dargestellt. Die gesetzlichen Schuldverhältnisse bleiben einer besonderen, für das 3. Fachsemester vorgesehenen Lehrveranstaltung vorbehalten.
