Die Vorlesung gilt dem Sachenrecht und damit dem Recht der absoluten Zuordnung von Gütern. Neben den Prinzipien des Sachenrechts werden behandelt die einzelnen Sachenrechte und der Besitz in ihrer Anwendung auf bewegliche Sachen (Mobiliarsachenrecht, Fahrnisrecht) und auf Grundstücke (Immobiliarsachenrecht, Liegenschaftsrecht). Hinzu kommen Rechtspositionen wie Anwartschaftsrecht und Vormerkung sowie die Kreditsicherung durch Sicherungsrechte (einschließlich des Rechts der Sicherungszession) und durch Eigentumsvorbehalt. Eine Semesterabschlußklausur findet statt am Mittwoch, dem 4.2.2004, 12.00 Uhr - 15.00 Uhr im AudiMax.
