Seminar Aktuelles Arbeits- und Sozialrecht (StudO 1997)
(Teilprüfungen nach der StudPrO 2003 können in dieser Veranstaltung noch nicht absolviert werden)Scheinerwerb:
Durch eine schriftliche Arbeit und einen mündlichen Vortrag über ein selbstgewähltes Thema aus dem Arbeits- oder Sozialrecht können wahlweise ein Seminarschein (i.S. von § 3 Abs. 1 Nr. 2 der Promotionsordnung), ein Wahlfachschein in den Wahlfächern Arbeitsrecht (§ 3 Abs. 3 Nr. 5 JAG 1993) oder Sozialrecht (§ 3 Abs. 3 Nr. 7 JAG 1993) oder - bei Wahl eines geeigneten Themas - ein Grundlagenschein (§ 8 Abs. 1 Nr. 5 JAG 1993) erworben werden.Inhalt der Veranstaltung:
Unverbindliche Themenvorschläge können einem gesonderten Aushang (auch im Internet unter www.jura.uni-bielefeld.de/Lehrstuehle/Rolfs) entnommen werden. Die Teilnahme an dem Seminar ist nur nach vorheriger Anmeldung möglich.
