Die Veranstaltung will auf Vorgerücktenniveau die Vermittlung der Fähigkeit zur praktischen Rechtsanwendung fortsetzen. Es werden insgesamt zwei Hausarbeiten und drei Klausuren angeboten. Die erste der beiden Hausarbeiten ist die von Herrn Prof. Dr. Rolfs am Ende des SS 2003 ausgegebene Ferienhausarbeit. Eine weitere Hausarbeit wird während des Semesters (unter Einschluss der vorlesungsfreien Tage um den Jahreswechsel) angeboten.

Die Teilnahme an der Übung setzt den Nachweis voraus
1. der erfolgreichen Teilnahme an zwei Semesterabschlussklausuren in thematisch unterschiedlichen Lehrveranstaltungen des Bürgerlichen Rechts und
2. einer erfolgreichen studienbegleitenden Hausarbeit im Bürgerlichen Recht, im Strafrecht oder im Öffentlichen Recht.
