Die Vorlesung führt in die Grundlagen des Gesellschaftsrechts ein und behandelt eingehend das Recht der Personengesellschaften (insbesondere oHG und KG sowie die Gesellschaft bürgerlichen Rechts). Eine Einführung in das Kapitalgesellschaftsrecht (GmbH und AG) sowie in die europarechtlichen Bezüge des Gesellschaftsrechts werden zum Abschluss der Vorlesung vermittelt.
Vorlesungsbegleitend wird ein Skript herausgegeben.
