Vor dem Verwaltungsgericht begegnen sich Bürger und Behördenvertreter als gleichberechtigte Kontrahenten. Die Grundzüge des Verwaltungsprozeßrechts sollen anhand praktischer Beispiele erarbeitet werden. Vermittelt wird sowohl das erforderliche Fachwissen als auch die Systematik der Fallbearbeitung.
Soweit zum Verständnis erforderlich, werden die historischen und zeitgeschichtlichen Bezüge der Verwaltungsgerichtsbarkeit aufgezeigt. Neben examensrelevanten Standardthemen wie Zulässigkeit des Verwaltungsrechtswegs, Klagearten, Vorverfahren, vorläufiger Rechtsschutz, gerichtlicher Prüfungsumfang und gerichtliche Entscheidungen (§ 4c Nr. 5 JAO) werden auch aktuelle Probleme behandelt.Literatur:
