Grundkenntnisse in Organisationssoziologie werden vorausgesetzt (erworben z.B. durch entsprechende Einführungssseminare oder durch Lektüre von Einführungsbüchern, z.B. Stefan Kühl, 2011: Organisationen. Eine sehr kurze Einführung. Wiesbaden. Springer VS (kostenlos als PDF über die Uni-Bibliothek).
