Ciceros Rede über den Oberbefehl des Pompeius im Krieg gegen Mithridates von Pontos und Tigranes von Armenien gehört zu den berühmtesten Beispielen politischer Rhetorik der späten Republik. Sie gibt nicht nur Einblick in eine außenpolitisch dramatische Phase, sondern entwirft auch ein klassisches Feldherrnideal von nachhaltiger Wirkung.
Die Seminarsitzungen der beiden _letzten Semesterwochen (13.7.-24.7.)_
werden in einer _Blockveranstaltung voraussichtlich am 4.6._ abgehalten
