Der Workshop richtet sich an Studierende mit Moderationskenntnissen und –erfahrungen aus den Workshops 1 und 2. Im Zentrum des Workshops steht die Gruppe in moderierten Lernsituationen: Welche Bedeutung haben Gruppenprozesse für das Moderatoren/Innen-Verhalten? Woran sind bestimmte Gruppenprozesse und –probleme erkennbar? Was bedeutet dies für die Leitung einer Gruppe? Wie ist mit Konflikten und Störungen im Rahmen einer moderierten Lernsituation umzugehen? Wie kann “Metakommunikation" gestaltet werden?
Das Seminar besteht aus theoretischem input sowie moderierten Sequenzen in den workshops. Das ModeratorenInnen-Verhalten wird an Hand von Video-Aufnahmen reflektiert.
