Contents, comment

Using a mixed format, this course aims to strengthen participants’ skills in reading, listening, speaking and writing. We will be dealing with topics of current interest, presented either through texts or audio material. Grammar help can be given as needed. Smart strategies for vocabulary work and using resources on the Internet complement the course work.The course is especially suited for students who would like to dust off their English skills after a period of inactivity.

Course requirements:

  • regular attendance and homework
  • 1 graded listening assignment
  • 1 graded writing assignment
  • a final test in the least session

Graded course certificate, 3 credit points.
