Die Fähigkeit zur professionellen Kommunikation, zum Argumentieren, Verhandeln und Überzeugen ist eine Schlüsselqualifikation für jeden Juristen. In diesem Seminar werden die theoretischen Grundlagen der effektiver Kommunikation vermittelt und die praktische Anwendung rhetorischer Fertigkeiten anhand zivilrechtlicher Fallgestaltungen trainiert. Im Mittelpunkt der Veranstaltung stehen Übungen zu Kommunikationssituationen, die für den juristischen Berufsalltag typisch sind.
Die Veranstaltung richtet sich vornehmlich an TeilnehmerInnen ab dem 4. Fachsemester und wird voraussichtlich vom 3.-5.7. 2003 als Blockseminar stattfinden. Um eine effektive Arbeit zu gewährleisten, ist die Teilnehmerzahl auf 15 begrenzt. Interessenten werden gebeten, bis zum 30.04.2003 einen Lebenslauf und ein aussagekräftiges Anschreiben an den Lehrstuhl von Prof. Dr. Hans Schulte-Nölke zu richten, in dem sie erläutern, warum sie an der Veranstaltung teilnehmen wollen und wie sie glauben, hiervon profitieren zu können. Bis zum 10.05.2002 erhalten alle Interessenten Nachricht, ob sie an der Veranstaltung teilnehmen können.
