Diese Veranstaltung gibt eine Einführung in das Controlling. Nach Darstellung von Entwicklung und Funktion des Controllings werden Aufgaben in Bezug auf das Informations- sowie das Planungs- und Kontrollsystem diskutiert und entsprechende Instrumente erläutert. Schwerpunkt bilden:

  • Zielkoordination
  • Abstimmung der Aktivitäen verschiedener Divisionen
  • Budgetierung und Verrechnungspreise
