Nach über 100 Jahren Filmgeschichte ist die Liste der Jesus-Filme erstaunlich lang: über 120mal war der Mann aus Nazareth "Titelheld". Viele Filme haben das Jesusbild ganzer Generationen nachhaltig geprägt. Doch im Film muss der biblische Text "ins Bild genommen" werden, was zu Verzerrungen, problematischen Aspekten und grundsätzlichen Anfragen führt: Kann man Jesus Christus im Medium Film darstellen?
Im Seminar sollen anhand einer exemplarischen Filmsichtung Kriterien und Bausteine für ein sinnvolles Arbeiten mit Jesusfilmen im Religionsunterricht aufgezeigt werden.
