In dieser Vorlesung werden die Grundlagen moderner Analysenmethoden vermittelt und anhand von Beispielen ihr Einsatz in der Biotechnologie dargestellt. Im einzelnen werden u.a. folgende Themen behandelt: Elektroden, chemische und biochemische Methoden (Enzyme, ELISA), Chromatographie, Elektrophorese, Kapillarelektrophorese, Fließinjektionsanalyse, Biosensoren, optische Meßmethoden, Grundlagen der Regelungstechnik. Neben der Vermittlung der physikalisch/-chemischen Grundlagen wird besonderer Wert auf die Darstellung der Einsatzgebiete und die Anpassungsmöglichkeiten der jeweiligen Meßtechnik für den Einsatz in der Biotechnologie gelegt.
Diese Vorlesung ist auch für Studenten des Studiengangs NWI geeignet, die ihren Schwerpunkt in der Biotechnologie haben.
