Inhalt: Die Vorlesung gilt dem Besonderen Schuldrecht und damit dem offenen System der überkommenen und der von der Rechtspraxis in jüngerer Zeit geschaffenen Schuldverhältnisse. Der Aufbau folgt dem BGB, es werden also zuerst die einzelnen vertraglichen und dann die gesetzlichen Schuldverhältnisse Geschäftsführung ohne Auftrag, ungerechtfertigte Bereicherung und Delikt behandelt.
Besondere Beachtung werden das seit dem 1.1.2002 geltende neue Kauf- und Werkvertragsrecht sowie die Reform des Schadensersatzrechtes (in Kraft seit 1.8.2002) finden. Die Veranstaltung schließt den Stoff der Vorlesung Grundkurs BGB Gesetzliche Schuldverhältnisse nach der künftigen Studien- und Prüfungsordnung ein.Es wird eine Semesterabschlußklausur stattfinden.
