391013 Biotechnologie III Praktikum (Pr) (SoSe 2009)

Das Praxismodul Biotechnologie enthält Versuche zur Kultivierung tierischer Zellen, der Proteinreinigung und Gentechnik tierischer Zellen. Der Umgang mit tierischen Zellkulturen und der dazu notwendigen Apparate steht genauso im Mittelpunkt wie gentechnische Methoden. Die Studierenden werden die Eigenschaften und Fähigkeiten unterschiedlicher (auch gentechnisch modifizierter) Zellen kennen lernen und deren Produkte aufarbeiten und analysieren. Weitere Versuche zur Isolierung und Charakterisierung der DNA dieser Zellen vervollständigen das Praktikum.

Erfolgreiche Teilnahme an Biotechnologie III (Theorie)wird vorausgesetzt. Vorkenntnisse insbesondere aus den Veranstaltungen Biotechnologie I und II werden erwartet.
