Ziel des Seminars ist eine Vermittlung der Grundlagen der Gesprächsführung. Die theoretischen Basisinhalte des Seminars sind bewusst allgemein gehalten. Ausgegangen wird von kommunikationstheoretischen Grundannahmen. Auf deren Basis werden Regeln der Gesprächsführung thematisiert, um schließlich die Grundlagen einer empfängerorientierten Beratung zu reflektieren. Im Seminar sollen vor allem auch praktische Übungen durchgeführt werden, bei denen ein Bezug zu einzelnen Handlungsfeldern des Sports hergestellt wird.
