Die Reformvorschläge der Hartz-Kommission im Kontext der gegebenen Wirtschaftsordnung der BR Deutschland sind Gegenstand dieses Seminars. Ihre mögliche Wirkung soll auf dem Hintergrund theoretischer Konzepte zur Funktionsweise des Arbeitsmarktes erörtert werden.
