Neben der Entwicklung von Unterrichtsvorhaben für die Schule steht besonders die eigene praktische Erfahrung im Vordergrund. Unter Berücksichtigung verschiedener pädagogischer Perspektiven leiten Übungen zum Vertrauensaufbau und zum Anbahnen von Körperkontakt ein in das spielerische Kämpfen um Gegenstände, Räume und mit dem Partner. Zweikämpfe und Ringspiele in Gruppen werden selber entwickelt, bzw. erprobt und bewertet. Eine erste Annäherung an den normierten Zweikampfsport soll im Rahmen typischer Judo-Zweikampfsituationen am Boden erfolgen. Für die Sekundarstufe werden kooperativ Judowürfe eingeführt.
