Dieses Projektseminar findet im Rahmen des vom Bundesministerium für Bildung und Forschung (BMBF) geförderten Projektes ?Notebook-University? statt, an dem sich auch die Universität Bielefeld und die AG Bioinformatik/Medizinische Informatik beteiligen. Ziel ist es mittelfristig innovative und integrative Mobile-Learning-Gesamtkonzeptionen in den Regelbetrieb der Hochschulen einzubeziehen.
Das Seminar führt projekt- und praxisbezogen in die folgenden Themen ein:
Informationsmodelle (ER-Modelle),- Datenmodelle, SQL, Relationenalgebra, Logischer DB-Entwurf, Simulation- und Visualisierung intrazellulärer Prozesse.Die Teilnehmerzahl ist auf 10 Personen beschränkt. Für jeden Teilnehmer steht leihweise ein Notebook für die Dauer des Seminars zur Verfügung (gegen Kaution). Interessenten tragen sich bitte in die entsprechende Teilnehmerliste ein (Raum D5-116).

Gute Kenntnisse in: Betriebssysteme und Programmierung; Grundkenntnisse in: Logik, Simulations- und Visualiserungstechniken.
