Veränderungen stehen in allen Organisationen auf der Tagesordnung. Ein erfolgskritischer Faktor sind die Einstellungen, Haltungen und Verhaltensweisen der Personen, die die Veränderungen diskutieren, entscheiden und umsetzen. An diesem Punkt hat Führung eine besondere Aufgabe. Welche Führungskonzepte gibt es für die Gestaltung von Change Prozessen? Was sind die Grundlagen, was die Erwartungen an die Führungskräfte? Wie soll es umgesetzt werden? Derartigen Fragen wird in dem Seminar nachgegangen. Beteiligt sind zwei erfahrene Experten aus der Praxis: Frau H. Strikker aus der Beratung bei SHS CONSULT und Herr S. Vopel als Führungskraft und Leiter des Themas Leadership bei der Bertelsmann Stiftung.
