Nach Fertigstellung des I. Teils der "Philosophischen Untersuchungen" (Anfang 1946) beschäftigt sich Wittgenstein über 3 Jahre lang fast ausschließlich mit Fragen der Philosophie der Psychologie. Ein Teil seiner Reflexionen findet sich im II. Teil der "Philosophischen Untersuchungen" sowie in den "Bemerkungen über die Philosophie der Psychologie". Keiner dieser Texte wurde vom Autor abgeschlossen. Daher werfen diese Bemerkungen Wittgensteins erhebliche Interpretationsprobleme auf. Im Rahmen des Seminars sollen sowohl Wittgensteins Gedanken über allgemeine psychologische Klassifikationsbegriffe ("Eindruck", "Empfindung" usw.) als auch spezielle psychologische Begriffe ("Erinnerung", "Vorstellungsbild" usw.) erörtert werden.
