Die Veranstaltung befasst sich mit zentralen Bereichen und Fragestellungen der schulischen und außerschulischen Literaturvermittlung. Bei der außerschulischen Vermittlung wird es um die Akteure der literarischen Kommunikation gehen, um Literatur als Ware und Formen institutionalisierter Literaturvermittlung. Die schulische Literaturvermittlung wird es mit den grundlegenden Fragen der Literaturdidaktik zu tun haben, die von dem Problem der Kanonbildung bis zu konkreten didaktischen Verfahren in den verschiedenen Stufen des Deutschunterrichts reichen. Die Texte für die Veranstaltung werden über die Dokumentenablage im eKVV bereitgestellt.
