In dem Kurs werden die aktuellen ökophysiologischen Freiland- und Labormethoden zur Messung der Photosynthese höherer Pflanzen vermittelt. In diesem Zusammenhang werden zum einen Messungen an Pflanzen unterschiedlicher Stoffwechseltypen (C3, C4, CAM) untersucht. Zum anderen werden Untersuchungen zur Ökophysiologie von Streßreaktionen durchgeführt. [empfohlen für D-Umw]
