Ziel
Die Studierenden sollen ein Verständnis für die Besonderheiten des Marktes für Gesundheitsgüter aufbauen. Die verschiedenen Honorierungsformen sollten Ihnen mit den einhergehenden Anreizstrukturen vertraut sein.
Inhalte
In der Veranstaltung BSc 22 werden institutionelle und volkswirtschaftliche Aspekte des Gesundheitsmarktes vorgestellt. Dazu gehören
- Besonderheiten von Gütern und Dienstleistungen im Gesundheitswesen
- Marktformen und Marktverhalten auf Angebots- und Nachfragerseite
- Anreizwirkung von Honorierungsformen
- Prämien- versus Beitragskalkulation
- Neokorporatismus und Verbandswesen im Gesundheitswesen
Ein zweiter Schwerpunkt liegt im Bereich der gesundheitsökonomischen Evaluation. Vorgestellt werden
- Grundformen der Evaluation
- Entscheidungsanalytische Modellierung
- Lebensqualitätsforschung und Nutzwertanalyse
Für diese Veranstaltung werden 6 ECTS-Punkte vergeben.
