Was Wissenschaftler wissen, ist häufig Produkt langjähriger, intensiver Forschungstätigkeiten.
So verhält es sich auch beim Thema Jugendkriminalität.
Großangelegte Studien konnten in den letzten Jahrzehnten wichtige und äußerst fruchtbare Ergebnisse für Kriminalpolitik und pädagogische Praxis liefern, was zu einem wesentlich adäquateren Umgang mit Abweichungen im Jugendalter geführt hat.
Der Weg zu den Ergebnissen allerdings ist ein langer (und häufig steiniger).
Wir werden uns in dieser Veranstaltung zweierlei widmen: Zum einen soll es um die Anlage und die Ergebnisse von Studien zum Thema Jugenddelinquenz gehen. Zum anderen werden wir uns mit dem Ablauf eines Forschungsprojektes (von Antragstellung bis Berichterstattung) und der praktischen Arbeit von Wissenschaftlern/innen in diesem Kontext beschäfitgen und somit einen Blick in dieses pädagogische Handlungsfeld wagen.
Ein Scheinerwerb ist möglich. Es gelten die für das Hauptstudium üblichen Kriterien (Referat plus Ausarbeitung).
