Diese Veranstaltung des 2. Semesters im Grundstudium Biologie wird geblockt nur noch in der vorlesungsfreien Zeit angeboten. Pro Kurstermin stehen 42 Plätze zur Verfügung.
Kurs ab 19. 2. 2003 und im September/Oktober 2003 nach Absprache.

Inhalt:
An 14 Kurstagen sollen neben praktischen Fertigkeiten im Labor exemplarische Grundkenntnisse zu den Themen:
Säure/Base/Puffer
Heterogen/homogen Gleichgewichte
Nachweisreaktionen
Komplexverbindungen
Oxidation/Reduktion
Reaktionen funktioneller Gruppen
Kinetik/Katalyse
Carbonylverbindungen
Chromatographie
Aminosäuren
Kohlenhydrate
Seifen/Kunststoffe
vermittelt werden.

Zu den Versuchen werden Protokolle angefertigt. Es findet eine Abschlußklausur statt.
